Will

A will — formally called a Last Will and Testament — is a legal document where you say what happens to your assets after you die, who manages your estate (your executor), and who cares for your minor children (your guardian). A will must be signed in front of witnesses to be legally valid. Without a will, the law decides everything — who gets your assets, who manages your estate, and who raises your children.
